NIHR’s Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights convenes its 10th Regular Meeting

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)’s Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights held its 10th regular meeting held under the chairpersonship of Dr. Hameed Ahmed Hussein and membership of Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Al-Derazi and Mrs. Widad Radii Al-Mousawi at the NIHR’s headquarters in Seef District. The meeting reviewed the visions prepared by the NIHR’s Secretariat-General on the Draft Law on Domestic Workers submitted by the Council of Representatives.
The meeting discussed ways to provide support and assistance to the Association of Expatriate Workers to enable it to carry out its tasks and implement its objectives in full. An appropriate decision as taken in regard.
